Yummy Chocolate!
It's not Easter when you don't have eggs! This egg was given to my mom as an Easter gift from her boss. Last year, I believe we got a chocolate bunny. :D The egg shell is edible it is made with milk chocolate. Those in the plastic bag with the label "Sprungli" are milk chocolate bites coated with pure cocoa powder. The powder is a bit bitter but mixed with the sweetness of the milk chocolate it is like a perfect combination! Perfect for that afternoon tea or coffee.
